cheeky yoga club is for you:

— If you want to deepen & improve the most important relationship you’ll ever have — the one with yourself.
— If you're able to digest cheesy jokes, unsolicited life advice & an occasional motivational pep talk.
— If you’re open to some non-traditional approaches to yoga. Think: FUNctional movement & self-care.
— Whatever your age, gender, physical abilities etc... or bendiness (flexibility is the result of yoga, not a requirement for it).
— Whatever your schedule. It’s for you even if you have literally 5 minutes for yourself, we'll make it count. It's called exercise snacking and micro workouts for a reason.

Above everything else, it's a work-IN.

As Eric Paskel once said:

"Yoga is not about tightening your ass. It's about getting your head out of it.”

You know how things work: there are days when you feel larger than life... and there are days when you just want to wrap yourself in a blanket burrito and not leave the bed.

Life is NOT about being always happy, that’s not what we’re here for.

We’re here for an adventure — and that’s never a walk in the park, is it?

We’re here to taste the full palette of emotions — from love and joy to sadness and madness, and everything in-between. To witness the contrast of experiences we constantly create for ourselves — and potentially to learn and grow from it as we go.

And the beauty of yoga is:

It will meet you wherever you are at.

Just SHOW UP as you are and stay CURIOUS.

What to expect

The exploration of all of your layers and dimensions. The union between your physical, emotional, intellectual, creative, sensual, sexual and spiritual self.

Which is why CYC goes beyond yoga poses and meditation tips.

It’s a safe space for you to explore subjects of physical and mental health, Tantra and sexuality, different types of movement and FUN-ctional self-care — from healing childhood conditioning to learning how to choose eco paint without falling into a greenwashing trap.

It’s about learning how to show up for yourself, even when your schedule gets batsh*t crazy… or when you’re simply not used to prioritise yourself.

It’s not only about looking inward, but also learning how to deal with what you find there — how to process, heal and express it.

It’s about going home to yourself.
